You can drop your game consoles or game controllers off and i will provide you with your products serial number.(if it is legible) You will be provided with a service recipt ducumenting what product information is available. ie custom controller description. You sign verifying you saw how your devices were identified for guarenteed return of original recived consoles or controllers for XBOX or PS after they have been cleaned on the inside as well as out.
